  1. How do I sell my stuff at ulgworld?

  2. What are Store Credits?
    Store credit is an amount that is given to a ulgworld customer wallet for credit sell orders. Customers can use their store credit to pay for future purchases on ulgworld website or ulgworld store only. In case you want to buy any item with higher value than your ulgworld wallet balance, you can pay the balance amount at checkout.
  3. Do my credits expire?
    Store Credit has lifetime validity and can be used on all products.
  4. What can I sell for Cash or Credit?
    We buy Gaming, PC & Electronic items such as consoles, video games, video game accessories, computer parts, collectibles, smartwatches, smart speakers, tablets, headphones, and more.
  5. Why sell at ulgworld?
    We pay the most cash or store credit for our customers unwanted items. Our helpful and knowledgeable team makes the selling process easy and fast.
  6. Do you buy games without cases, game packshot, lightly scratched discs, dirty items, consoles without controllers or other cables?
    – We buy games without cases, game packshot, broken cases, there is no deduction for the same.
    – We will buy items that are a little dirty and discs with light scratches. Only non-working items, heavily scratched game discs are rejected.
    – We buy consoles without controllers and cables, however, there will be slight deduction from the sell order price.
  7. When will I be paid for the items I sell online?
    We pay on the same day we receive your sell order items, however, for few selective items (consoles/ipad/computer parts) we pay within 2-3 days from the date of delivery at our warehouse.
  8. Do I need to package my sell order items?
    Wrap at least two rounds of bubble wrap or many layers of newspaper around your product, If you have the original box you can easily use that one (if it is not damaged). For consoles and high value items please package items properly in bubble wrap to avoid damage in transit.
  9. What happens if my sell order item is rejected?
    The rejected item would be returned back to you. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
